About
This practical workplace training helps colleagues understand autism, recognise how workplace environments and everyday interactions can affect autistic people, and respond with respect. It covers common differences in communication, sensory processing, routines and social expectations, while avoiding assumptions about any individual. Participants will learn how to make reasonable, inclusive adjustments in day-to-day work, communicate clearly, respond constructively when someone is overwhelmed, and know when to seek HR or manager support. The course is suitable as a self-guided resource or as the basis for an interactive Teams session.
