What is a fractional HR Director?
A fractional HR Director is an experienced, senior HR professional who works with your business part-time, on an ongoing basis. You get strategic HR leadership and hands-on support, but you only pay for the time you use.

It sits between occasional ad-hoc advice and hiring a full-time HR Director. Unlike a one-off consultant, a fractional HR Director gets to know your people, your plans and your history, and stays with you as the business grows.
