How much does HR support cost?

Flexible HR sessions start at £65 for 30 minutes (£100 for 45 minutes, £130 for 60 minutes). There is also a monthly plan with 1.5 hours of support for £130, and prepaid packs of 3 hours (£390) and 5 hours (£625). You can book a free 15-minute call first to talk through what you need.

Do I have to commit long term?

No. The monthly plan has no long-term commitment, and the hourly sessions and packs can be used as and when you need them.

Do you work online or in person?

Both. I'm based in Warwickshire and work with organisations across the UK, online or in person.

Who do you work with?

SME owners and founders, managing directors, start-ups and scale-ups, public sector organisations, businesses without an in-house HR Director, and HR teams that need extra expertise or capacity.

What is a fractional HR Director?

A senior HR leader who works with your business part-time or on a flexible basis, giving you strategic HR leadership without the cost of a full-time hire.

Is what I tell you confidential?

Yes. Anything you share with me is treated as confidential and used only to give you advice and support. I won't share it with anyone else unless you ask me to or I'm legally required to. If an investigation or mediation involves several people, I'll explain at the start who will see what. I handle personal data in line with my Privacy Policy.
